Groups

While many different coaching programs are able to help you focus on your goals and make progress, Outright Exposure believes that community can play a strong role in accentuating the growth process. Group coaching or mentoring is designed so that 8-10 individuals can participate in being coached not only by a qualified coach but also by the feedback, enthusiasm and energy that is expressed by people growing together. Group mentoring provides a break in the cost as well as allowing individuals to react and interact with each other in such a way that personal growth is increased. Being able to identify with other individuals whose growth is similar to yours enables you to see issues in a different light. Finally, group coaching requires you to step out of the limitations and comfort of your current life perspective which can't help but teach tolerance and compassion.

Group programs are always beginning and ending at Outright Exposure. Groups are formatted to run every twelve weeks so a new group potentially starts every three months. Programming is underway that would take you through a unique two year process of self discovery and self expression.

An added benefit of the group program is the opportunity to participate in various outdoor adventure outings such as weekend trips camping, kayaking, hiking and sailing. What better place to test what you are learning about yourself and others than in a community that values who you are and is committed to supporting you in your growth?  All this and the outdoor adventure too, make for a fantastic experience.
